• For those experienced nurses, who have pivoted in your career, we invite you to “tell your story” by creating training courses that not only provide the theory but also the “step by step” how- to training, to help interested nurses pivot too! We are looking to provide real life opportunities through training. You will also have a chance to provide coaching and mentoring experiences for nurses seeking more. We value your experiences and expertise. You will have assistance every step of the way, by our Nurse Training Coordinator, as you develop and submit your course to us.

FOR THE NURSE LOOKING FOR SOMETHING NEW

• For nurses looking to pivot away from the bedside, we invite you to explore our library of courses. Feel free to “dip your toe in” by taking our online courses.
• Our courses are broken down into small sections, that you can start and stop. We recognize that many nurses have busy careers and busy schedules and have made this a priority. We strive to provide courses that you can complete in under 6 hours but keep in mind that that is determined by the amount of material presented.
• Once you select your course, you will be directed to make payment for the course.
• Once you complete the online course, many of our trainers offer to provide one-to-one mentoring and coaching, so that the support is tailored to your particular needs and skillset. You can find the corresponding coaching courses, in the library.
• Upon successful completion of the course, you will receive a certificate.

WE RECOGNIZE THAT MOST NURSES DO NOT HAVE A BACKGROUND IN BUSINESS. FOR THOSE NURSES DESIRING TO PIVOT AND START A BUSINESS, WE OFFER SEVERAL MINI-BUSINESS COURSES TO HELP YOU GET STARTED. MANY OF THESE BUSINESSES HAVE WORKED WITH NURSES AND OTHER SMALL BUSINESSES AND UNDERSTAND OUR NEEDS. YOU CAN FIND THE BUSINESS MINI-COURSES FOR SUCH THINGS AS CREATING A WEBSITE, BOOK KEEPING, LEGAL IMPLICATIONS AND CONTRACTS AND MORE, IN THE LIBRARY.
