Kimberlee Rowett, DNP, MSN, MBA, RN is a nurse leader, educator, and virtual care innovator with 17 years of healthcare experience, including over 11 years as a nurse. She holds a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP), a Master of Science in Nursing, and an MBA—merging clinical excellence with strategic and entrepreneurial insight.

Kimberlee has led telehealth programs, mentored nurses, and built virtual teams across multiple states. Her mission is to help nurses pivot into meaningful, flexible roles while improving the healthcare experience for both providers and patients. She’s also a freelance healthcare writer who uses storytelling and education to empower nurses and patients alike.

Kimberlee strategically transitioned into teleoncology and virtual leadership roles, where she discovered how seamlessly her clinical background, communication skills, and business acumen translated into remote care.

She has since led virtual nursing teams, launched patient-centered programs across multiple states, and collaborated with pharmacy, tech, and provider teams to ensure compassionate care continues—regardless of distance. Along the way, Kimberlee expanded her reach as a freelance healthcare writer and educator, empowering patients and mentoring fellow nurses ready to reinvent their careers.
